Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of crop production, including planting, fertilization, and harvesting.
Implement effective pest and disease control strategies to protect crop health.
Optimize farm productivity through data-driven practices and innovative techniques.
Manage and supervise farm laborers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Monitor soil health and implement sustainable land management practices.
Maintain detailed records of farm activities, inputs, and outputs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in agricultural operations and farm management. Must be male and Muslim.
Commitment to work and strong ethical standards. Willingness to reside in provided accommodation; meals are not included.
