3. Verifying tickets for accuracy and authenticity.

4. Managing passenger flow and assisting with queries.

5. Operating computer systems for flight and passenger management.

6. Assisting ticketing executives with ticket sales and changes.

7. Providing support to air host messes and cabin crew as needed.8. Ensuring smooth operations on the ground for flight departures and arrivals.
