The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare, mix, and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.

Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized service.

Ensure beverage recipes, garnishing standards, and presentation guidelines are followed.

Maintain bar cleanliness, including counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment.

Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies; assist with inventory and requisitions.

Process payments using POS systems, issue bills, and handle cash / card transactions responsibly.
