Customer communication: Interact with customers about repair needs, status updates, and costs Repair scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines Repair estimates: Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs Customer satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after repairs are complete Repair order management: Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions Vehicle delivery: Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery on time Post-service follow-up: Check in with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction Warranty and service orders: Raise warranty approvals and service orders Parts ordering: Place special orders for parts that aren't available Repair quality: Evaluate the quality of repairs and return vehicles to technicians if needed
