Excellent Job Opportunity for Chef de Partie - Bakery to work in Qatar | Saudi Arabia!!!

Location:Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA). 
Salary:QAR 3,600 (Basic) + QAR 400 (Food Allowance)
Age Limit:Maximum 33 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to established recipes and standards

  • Manage daily operations of the bakery section and supervise commis chefs or assistants

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste

  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP)

  • Train and guide junior staff in bakery techniques and kitchen procedures

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and new product development


    • Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience as aChef de Partie – Bakeryor similar role

  • Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours if required

  • Age limit: Below 33 years
