Job Description

Job Title- CNC Milling Operator 
Key responsibilities:
  • Machine operation: Efficiently operating 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Setup and programming: Setting up the machine, setting tools and offsets, and understanding orloading programs.
  • Quality control: Inspecting finished parts for critical dimensions and ensuring adherence to
    tolerances using measurement instruments.
  • Technical interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
    specifications
  • Production maintenance: Maintaining production efficiency, keeping logs, and ensuring a clean and
    safe work area (5S).


    • Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and setting, often in a specific
    industry like aerospace.
  • A technical certification (, ITI), diploma, or bachelor's degree in a related field is often
    preferred.
  • Proficiency with various machine controls (, Fanuc, Siemens) and
    measurement instruments.
  • The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings is mandatory.
  • A high degree of attention to detail is necessary for achieving the required
    precision.
  • The job may require physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods and
    lift parts.
