Hiring for Engineer

Responsibilities:

● Ensure proper utilization of 4M & make gap analysis report for any losses.

● Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

● Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines

● Manpower planning and shift schedule preparation.

● Monthly and Daily Production review and gap analysis report preparation with counteraction of losses.

● Shop floor cost optimization, Multiskilling of operators, Poka-Yoke implementation, WIP & inventory management, Follow up with concerned departments.

● Cycle time study and optimization for line balancing.

● Production planning to achieve monthly target with maximum efficiency.

● Preparation and validation of shop floor documents as per ISO & internal standards.

● Supervising and managing the work of junior staff & empower them to create a leadership environment.

● Preparation of weekly and monthly PQCDSM data for management review & make improvement plan to maintain & improve the trends as per the defined targets.

● Take effective counteractions for any identified defects & horizontally deploy at other lines as well.

● Rejection analysis and take preventive and corrective actions to reduce & avoid repeatability of rejection.

● Inventory management of RM, WIP, SFG and FG & update the status of same in daily production review.

● Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Technical Skills:

● Experience in SMT (Fuji), AOI (Koh-young) and Through-Hole assembly manufacturing.

● Expertise in manufacturing processes of electronics & mechanical parts related to IoT products.

● Technically strong in electronics manufacturing, soldering knowledge, IPC 610, Rework process.

Soft skills:

● Strong work experience and exposure to IoT Product and SAP.

● Programming knowledge of Fuji, Koh-young, Reflow profile.

● Ready to work in an agile environment and proactive approach
