Exciting Job Opportunity For EOT Crane Operator to work in Qatar!!!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate rail-mounted gantry and EOT cranes in accordance with manufacturer instructions, SOPs, and Qatar Steel HSE regulations.
  
• Lift, move, and accurately position various loads (e.g., billets, rebar) using appropriate hoisting attachments such as electromagnets, hooks, and slings.
  
• Assess load assembly, determine center of gravity, and verify load safety prior to lifting.
  
• Operate crane controls (pedals, levers, buttons) to manage speed, direction, and hoist movement based on written, verbal, or signal instructions.
  
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of the crane and hoisting mechanisms.
  

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
  
• Basic proficiency in computer (PC) operations.
  
• Valid third-party certification for Safe Gantry Crane and EOT Crane Operations, issued by QE or Qatar Steel-HSE approved institutions, in compliance with BS ISO 15513:2000, ISO 12480-1, and ISO 9926 standards.
  
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  
• Minimum of 3years of hands-on experience in gantry crane or equivalent crane operations, preferably within the steel industry.
  

Requirements
