Job Summary

:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in our Shahada facility. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing resources, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes within the local context of Shahada.Responsibilities:Overall Plant Management (Shahada Focus): Oversee and manage all aspects of the factory operations in the Shahada plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Ensure efficient execution of production processes, considering local resource availability and constraints.Team Leadership and Development (Shahada Workforce): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other factory staff in Shahada. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment, respecting local work culture and communication styles.Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
