We are looking for an experienced Family Office Accounts to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires strong exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaison with banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, PMS/AIF managers, wealth advisors, custodians, and insurance companies
• Coordinate account openings, KYC, investment execution, redemptions, and documentation
• Track corporate actions, dividends, interest income, and maturity proceeds
• Monitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternatives
• Reconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian reports
• Manage income tax filings for individuals.
• Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and statutory dues
• Handle TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and Form 16 / 16A
• Manage GST compliance where applicable
• Manage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and payments
• Maintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documentation
• Ensure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 7-15 years of relevant experience in family office, private wealth, investment management, or senior finance roles
• Strong exposure to taxation, investments, and financial reporting
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
