Job Description
A well-established 3-star hotel in Kochi, is looking for a courteous and efficient Front Office Assistant with prior hotel front office experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience

  • Handle room reservations, guest registrations, and billing procedures

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation

  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and courteously

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards

  • Manage cash handling and billing transactions responsibly



Requirements

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Prior front office experience in a hotel (3-star hotel background preferred)

  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)

  • Pleasing personality with a customer-focused attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
