Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join a reputed HVAC Trading Company inKuwait. The role involves driving sales of HVAC equipment and solutions for residential and commercial
projects, managing key accounts, and coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to
ensure successful order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development (Trading Focus) :
• Develop and expand sales of HVAC products including DX units, VRF/VRV systems,
chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and accessories.

• Identify and approach consultants, contractors, developers, and end users to generate
enquiries and orders.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and submittals in line with client
requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain healthy margins.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.

Technical & Pre-Sales Support
• Provide technical support for product selection, sizing, and system recommendations.

• Prepare and review HVAC drawings, layouts, and BOQs using AutoCAD.

• Coordinate with principals/suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals.

• Support tendering and bidding processes for HVAC equipment supply.

Order & Project Coordination

• Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely
material delivery.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth installation support and
technical compliance.

• Track order status, delivery schedules, and documentation until project completion

Client & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key
accounts.

• Act as a single point of contact from enquiry stage to order closure and after-sales
support.

• Handle customer queries, technical issues, and post-sales coordination effectively


Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience in the Kuwait market, preferably with an
HVAC trading company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC system design concepts.

• Experience in handling suppliers, principals, and logistics coordination.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.

Benefits

Salary : KD 400–4500 per month, along with executive bachelor accommodation, car, and other standard benefits.
