Job Role: Lead (GIS/POI Mapping)

Required Qualifications:

• Need 6 Years experience in GIS or related field.
• Specialization in GIS related software’s AutoCAD, ESRI, MapInfo & Intergraph packages will be added advantages
• Have work experience as a proven people management and delivery management

Role and responsibilities:

• Leadership skills to lead a team of 15 to 30 team towards meeting project goals
• Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
• Coordinate with team members and other team leads for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
• Escalation Management
• • Risk Management
• • Meeting defined goals and for productivity, quality and efficiency
• Deep understanding of project domains, and people management and tools such as workflow management system
• • Support Project Manager with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
• Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
• • Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
• • Project planning and delivery management
• • Periodic status review meeting
• • Manage and monitor performance

Competencies & Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English-High influential verbal communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Proficiency in GIS packages and POI (Point of Interest)
• Technical analysis skills and strong project domain knowledge
• Capable to manage compliance systems -ISO, ISMS
• High capable to manage trainings as a chief Mentor to his teams

Education:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation - Degree in any stream/Post Graduate in science.
