Roles and Responsibilities
The role is also responsible for business activation, growth and creating new deposit opportunities/cross-sell
opportunities for FD Business across all its established channels.
Role has two primary dimensions. First is to envisage, plan and implement capability development through
process and technology reinvent for FD business and second is to work with the top of the funnel and drive
campaign management, remarketing notifications, segmentations, and personalization in order grow FD
books in conjunction with leveraging existing technology platforms.
1. Strategic Orientation and Stakeholder Collaboration
Review strategies with EVP and Other Business Heads about customer segments to target,
campaigns to be driven to ensure acquisition and retention of desired customers across the
existing / new FD & Investments channels
Plan and review business strategy to increase cross sell across all distribution channels
Be continually watchful and passionate
2. FD COE – Planning and Implementation
Work closely with the EVP for crafting and executing the FD LRS strategy to identify new
opportunities and accelerate growth
Participate in strategy development process and jointly identify projects for FD COE team
aligned to the business needs, provide direction and guidance to prioritize projects based on
business requirement
3. ARU Run and Campaign Build
Plan various targeted strategies and plans to increase the BFL FD and Investments.
Work with the top of the funnel, which is the overall responsibility of this unit, using expertise
like campaign management, remarketing notification, segmentation, and personalization.
Monitor the Funnel and baseline ratios using tools like GA etc.
