Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of clients speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using standardized tools and clinical best practices. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with client goals and current clinical guidelines. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function across diverse client populations. Partner with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic, and person-centered care. Provide clear, accessible education and support to clients and their support networks on effective communication strategies and swallowing techniques. Requirements Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
