Job Description

Key responsibilities:1. Collect and handle sample orders for Thyrocare clients at their homes.2. Use the Btech mobile app to upload vial photos/selfies and complete sample entries.3. Ensure proper handling of samples, including Vacutainer collection and centrifuging as needed.4. Provide photo proof of sample handling and maintain responsible waste management practices.5. Upsell additional services to clients for extra incentives.Other requirements1. Should have DMLT/MLT or experience as a Phlebotomist.2. Experience in sample collection and handling.2. Knowledge of using mobile apps for data entry (preferably Btech app).3. Skilled in Vacutainer collection techniques.4. Familiar with sample centrifuging processes.5. Ability to maintain waste management protocols.6. Strong communication skills and upselling ability for additional incentives.
