Job Title: Phone Repair Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens, faulty batteries, charging ports, and speakers
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including OS installation, updates, and virus removal
Replace damaged or defective parts using the appropriate tools and techniques
Test devices thoroughly before and after repair to ensure proper functionality
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and customer details
Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards
Offer technical support or guidance to customers when necessary
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Display a strong commitment to quality work and professionalism
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair
Strong understanding of both hardware and software diagnostics
Ability to communicate in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
Familiarity with repair tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Reliable, responsible, and organized

Salary: OMR 150 – 170 (Tax-Free)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
