Job Title: Phone Repair Technician


Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and committed Phone Repair Technician with over 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of hardware and software issues in smartphones. Basic Arabic speaking ability is a plus; English communication is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens, faulty batteries, charging ports, and speakers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including OS installation, updates, and virus removal

  • Replace damaged or defective parts using the appropriate tools and techniques

  • Test devices thoroughly before and after repair to ensure proper functionality

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and customer details

  • Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards

  • Offer technical support or guidance to customers when necessary

  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

  • Display a strong commitment to quality work and professionalism



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair

  • Strong understanding of both hardware and software diagnostics

  • Ability to communicate in English (basic Arabic is a plus)

  • Familiarity with repair tools, equipment, and safety procedures

  • Reliable, responsible, and organized
