Job Title- QHSE Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve QHSE policies, plans, and procedures.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks to ensure compliance.
Maintain critical HSE documentation, including:
- Risk Assessments
- Incident and Accident Reports
- Investigation Reports
- Risk Assessments
- Perform Permit to Work (PTW) audits and verify compliance during active work operations using standardized checklists.
- Provide support during maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
- Liaise with client representatives and on-site teams to ensure full alignment with safety requirements.
- Participate in TSF area walkthroughs and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance observations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of QHSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- NEBOSH IGC certification – mandatory.
- In-depth understanding of IMS, HSE standards, and document control practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in remote site environments while managing multiple safety priorities efficiently.
