Job Title- QHSE Coordinator 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve QHSE policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain critical HSE documentation, including:

    • Risk Assessments
    • Incident and Accident Reports
    • Investigation Reports
  • Perform Permit to Work (PTW) audits and verify compliance during active work operations using standardized checklists.
  • Provide support during maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
  • Liaise with client representatives and on-site teams to ensure full alignment with safety requirements.
  • Participate in TSF area walkthroughs and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance observations.




Requirements


  • Minimum of 8 years of QHSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification – mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of IMS, HSE standards, and document control practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in remote site environments while managing multiple safety priorities efficiently.
