Hiring for Quality Control for Pune Location

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control processes on construction sites.

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, finishes, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS specific to real estate projects.

• Document inspections, test results, and non-conformances, and assist with corrective actions.

• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality is maintained throughout the construction process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in quality control or QMS within the real estate or construction industry.

• Knowledge of quality control techniques and QMS standards, preferably in construction and real estate.

• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
