Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams Establish, implement, and monitor quality standards, systems, and procedures Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and inspections Ensure quality in raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement Manage customer complaints and implement quality improvement initiatives Train staff on quality concepts, tools, and systems Prepare and present quality reports to top managementKey Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and standards (., ISO 9001 ) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficient in quality tools like 7 QC tools.
