Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirement plans.
Monitor progress with respect to timeline, cost, and quality parameters.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction works.
Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) norms.
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.
Assist in dispute/claim resolutions while safeguarding company interests.
Track project costs, financial performance, and cash flow.
