Job Decription

Foreign Entity Books Closure:

  • Managing End to End book of a Foreign Entity
  • Ensuring timely books closure as per corporate timeliness along with submission of details
  • Manging RPT compliance, regulatory compliance
  • Partnership with Consolidation team for Global consolidation ask
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure closure of statutory audit as well as signed financials for the Board meeting and annual publishing, statutory filings based on annual due dates
  • Ensuring quality review of financials along with variance analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal laws like VAT, Intra-stat, etc including transfer pricing
  • Managing receivables /payables and RBI compliance

    • Controlling COE

  • Streamlining entity closure of the entities within Cluster
  • Support team members to close the book...
