Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage the user access and control function for the entire group’s organization
(Based on the Segregation of Duties rule book and framework that has been defined
for the organization)
Ensure timely access provision to users
Manage the production support for multiple applications / solutions
Coordinate with technology partners for defect resolution
Level1, Level 2 support to branches and simulating defects
Manage frontline resources to support users at branches and offices
Branch support – address IT related issues at branches and ensure satisfaction of users
Manage the commissioning of scorecards and address any IT related issues pertaining
to these scorecards
