Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in tender documentation and a strong understanding of catalyst applications in the refining industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing tender processes, and building long-term customer relationships while ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Business Confidently – Represent the company professionally in all business dealings, negotiations, and client communications.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Awareness – Stay updated on developments in the refining industry, particularly in catalyst technologies and applications.
  • Identify Business Opportunities – Actively explore and pursue new business prospects within the refining and petrochemical sectors.
  • Tender Management – Efficiently manage and prepare tender documentation, including both technical and commercial submissions.
  • Customer Engagement – Conduct regular customer visits, establish strong client relationships, and maintain open communication for business growth.
  • Data Handling & Reporting – Collect, manage, and analyze market and sales data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Explore New Markets – Monitor market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Sales & Marketing Exposure – Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or tendering within the refining, petrochemical, or catalyst industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of refinery operations and catalyst applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in tender documentation and proposal preparation
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
