Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults in commercial buses.
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicle electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work meets ISO standards and government safety regulations.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and interpret electrical schematics and circuit diagrams.
  • Conduct specialized work on AC systems (preferred qualification).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Vocational training (ITI or equivalent) with relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on workshop experience.
  • Proven experience working with heavy vehicles, including buses and trucks.
  • Mandatory: Familiarity with Euro 6 engine systems and use of diagnostic tools.
  • Language proficiency: English (minimum B2 level); Greek or Spanish language skills are advaantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross Annual Salary: €17,251 – €26,000 (based on skills/experience).

  • 13 salaries per year (12 monthly + Christmas bonus).

  • Annual Increment: Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) ~2%.




Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage). Vocational training (ITI or equivalent) with relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional workshop environment. Proven track record working with heavy vehicles, including buses and trucks. aExperience in engine and gearbox replacement procedures. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
