Roles and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and monitor the loan sanctioned by a particular zone, hind sighting of
disbursed cases
The candidate is desired to undertake field visits and interact with various
stakeholders; on a sample basis, to identify any deviations or untoward practices
The candidate should be able to go through the documentation desired for
competition of files; both pre and post disbursement
Verify the authenticity of claims made by various stakeholders through discrete
reference checks; initiated by self
Preparing and presenting MIS for consumption of senior management
Presenting local market practice notes through constant interaction with peers
within the industry
Making the senior management aware about best practices being followed
locally by competitors and helping the product team align the policy of the Bank
in line with those practices
