Job Summary

:We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Grievance Feedback Telecaller who will handle incoming and outgoing calls related to employee/customer grievances. This role demands strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The goal is to gather feedback, ensure resolution follow-up, and escalate unresolved or high-risk issues.Key Responsibilities:Make follow-up calls to employees/customers who have raised grievances to gather feedback post-resolution.Document detailed feedback and categorize it as positive, neutral, or unresolved.Handle emotional or dissatisfied individuals with empathy, tact, and professionalism.Identify patterns in complaints and escalate recurring issues to the concerned department.Maintain accurate logs of all calls, outcomes, and feedback notes.Collaborate with HR/Customer Support/Operations teams to close the loop on grievances.Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and ...
