as an airport ground staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers at the airport, ensuring their smooth travel experience from check-in to boarding. your main duties will include checking passengers in, issuing boarding passes, handling baggage, providing information to passengers, and assisting with any other inquiries or requests they may have.in addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with other airport staff to ensure that all ground operations run smoothly and efficiently. this may include working closely with airline staff.
