  • Manage room reservations, guest registrations, and accurate billing procedures
  • Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs and ensure timely service
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest records and front office documentation

  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 6months-2years of experience as a front office role within a hotel environment (3-star hotel experience preferred)
