Note: Only candidates from Kerala with at least 3-5 years of Head cook and catering experience are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the daily preparation and service of three meals for 300 staff members, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities to maintain efficiency, safety, and seamless daily operations.
- Develop and implement menus with attention to nutritional balance, cost-effectiveness, and seasonal availability.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, including HACCP standards where applicable.
