The supervisor ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal safety protocols by conducting regular site monitoring, identifying potential hazards, and driving proactive risk mitigation strategies. Through consistent oversight, facilitation of safety training sessions—including Toolbox Talks (TBT), pre-work inspections, and permit reviews—the HSE Supervisor fosters a culture of safety and accountability. The role is instrumental in reducing incident rates, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance across projects.
