About the Role

LearningMate is reimagining how educational content is created and consumed through AI-driven storytelling and multimedia innovation .

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Screenwriter (Fresher) with a background in film, media, or ad filmmaking to craft engaging narratives for our AI-based educational videos .

This role is ideal for someone who understands the art of visual storytelling and wants to apply that craft to create meaningful, learner-focused stories that make education immersive, emotional, and human.

What You’ll Do

• Write scripts, storyboards, and dialogue for educational and explainer videos.
• Translate complex educational concepts into engaging, cinematic narratives .
• Collaborate with the media and AI teams to bring stories to life using AI-based video creation tools .
• Adapt tone, pacing, and style for different age groups, subjects, and formats.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and story concepts for visual storytelling in the EdTech space.
• Work closely with designers, animators, and voice artists to ensure narrative consistency and impact.

Who You Are

• A film school graduate or have a diploma/degree in filmmaking, screenwriting, or media production from a recognized institute.
• Strong interest in storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual narrative design .
• Familiar with ad film, short film, or educational content creation workflows.
• Excellent command over written English and cinematic storytelling structure.
• Curious about AI tools and new media technologies that enhance creative production.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn how creativity meets technology.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to screenwriting or assistant writing in film, TV, or ad production .
• Understanding of visual grammar, pacing, and character-driven narratives .
• Familiarity with AI media creation platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of educational or explainer video formats is desirable.
