Exza Digital is looking for a Jr. & Sr. Media Buyer who can manage and scale ad campaigns with a strategic and creative edge and has solid experience working with DTC brands.
About the Role: In this fully remote position, you’ll work closely with our team and clients to develop winning ad strategies that drive sales. We’re looking for someone who’s driven by data, thrives on creativity, and knows the ins and outs of scaling campaigns to high budgets.

What You'll Do:
- Deep Research: Understand the brand and its audience to craft highly relevant ad copy, creative concepts, and funnel structures.
- Client Confidence: Communicate proactively, building trust with clients through clarity and insights.
- Testing for Success: Conduct A/B tests regularly to gain insights and optimize campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use a strong analytical approach to refine strategies and maximize ROAS.
- Optimization & Innovation: Recommend new ad angles, creative variations, promotional ideas, and landing page improvements to elevate performance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry changes to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
- Copywriting: Write and refine marketing copy with a direct-response focus to engage audiences effectively.
Requirements to Apply:
- Hands-On Ad Management: 3-4 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, specifically for eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Significant Budget Experience: Consistent experience managing ad spends of at least ₹15-20 Lakhs per month, with real results.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Strong sense of what works creatively, from UGC to carousels, backed by analytical skills.
- Results-Oriented: Able to show real client results during the interview.
