The Library Director is responsible for the overall leadership of the library, including: collection development, staff supervision, budgeting, programming, and community engagement. This role combines professional librarianship with strategic and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and vision for library services, programs, and operations. Manage daily library operations, including staffing, scheduling, and input on policies. Develop and maintain library collections in multiple formats. Oversee budget, grants, and financial reports. Supervise, train, and evaluate library staff. Plan and promote programs for all audiences.
