You will own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and niche/specialized roles, and help build a high-performing recruitment function capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable business impact.
This is a practical, execution-focused role—you must have deep, hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment in India, building ATS workflows, defining KPIs, and consistently achieving ambitious hiring targets.
