Job Title: Mill Laborer

Pay: $17 - $22 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Day & Swing Shifts available

As a Mill Laborer, you’ll play a key role in supporting operations at various mill sites, ensuring product quality and maintaining workflow efficiency. You’ll work closely with seasoned team members to deliver results that make a difference.


What You’ll Do:

As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Stacking units to specified height and width while ensuring finishing stickers maintain unit integrity.
  
• Banding, wrapping, and tagging lumber up to 20 feet in length.
  
• Cutting and cleaning stickers, sorting them off the line, and managing sawdust cleanup.
  
• Assisting as a Green Chain Puller as required.
  

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs throughout the day with a focus on dry lifting.
  
• Prior experience in a mill or construction environment is preferred.
  
• Lumber mill experience is a plus.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Linn County, OR, with shifts available Monday through Friday:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  
• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  
  (Note: Must be available for both shifts, as training may start on day shift.)
