We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong experience in mass hiring and intern programs, as well as excellent communication skills.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, leading or supporting operational/hourly recruitment.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing recruitment agencies (RPO or external vendors) for operational manufacturing roles.
