Proven experience in meat cutting and deboning in a professional setting Demonstrated experience in preparing processed meat products (e.g., burgers, kebabs, kibbeh) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a meat processing or related role Prior Gulf region work experience is mandatory Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina and attention to detail Willingness to reside on-site with provided accommodation and meal provisions
