Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, launch & optimize high-performance ad campaigns
- Drive lead generation & sales with strong focus on CPA & ROAS
- Manage budgets, scale winning campaigns & run A/B tests
- Set up & analyze tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel
- Create full-funnel strategies & advanced retargeting
- Share insights through clear performance reports
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Strong analytical & optimization mindset
- Proven results with performance marketing KPIs
- Ability to work fast in a growth-focused environment
