Exciting Job Opportunity For Quality controller To Work In Qatar!!!
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections on raw materials, welding processes, and finished fabricated components to verify compliance with specified standards and client requirements.
Conduct in-process inspections to monitor production quality and promptly identify any deviations from quality criteria.
Interpret engineering drawings, welding procedure specifications (WPS), and applicable inspection criteria.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and maintain accurate, up-to-date quality documentation.
Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools including micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within a steel or heavy fabrication environment.
Proven knowledge of welding standards and fabrication codes, including AWS , ASME Section IX, and ISO 9001.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, report generation, and digital quality record systems.
