job title: rmc operatorjob description:operate and monitor the ready-mix concrete (rmc) batching plant.ensure proper mixing of materials as per specified mix designs.maintain records of production, material consumption, and daily reports.conduct routine checks and inspections of plant machinery and equipment.coordinate with site engineers and dispatch team for timely delivery of concrete.troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in batching plant.ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.supervise loading, unloading, and handling of raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the batching plant area.qualifications & skills:education: iti / diploma in mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field.experience: 25 years of experience as an rmc operator or in concrete batching operations (fresher with iti/diploma may be considered).knowledge of batching plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.basic computer knowledge for operating plant control systems.understanding of concrete mix designs and quality parameters.good communication and coordination skills.ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.
