Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead and scale our state-level operations in either Punjab or Rajasthan. This role is central to driving sales performance, expanding our distributor network, and strengthening brand presence across key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, executing strategic market initiatives, and consistently achieving ambitious business targets. With a proven track record in state-level sales leadership and a deep understanding of the mobile handset ecosystem, you will play a critical role in shaping regional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable market expansion.

Responsibilities

Manage the full distributor network, strategic partners, and channel expansion initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a state-wide sales team, including ASMs, TSI, Sales Executives, and Promoter teams.

Achieve sales targets, market share growth, and overall business objectives.

Plan and execute product launches, market activations, and business development strategies.

Monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform data-driven decisions.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners and distributors.

Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, planning, and key operational metrics.

Enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency across all districts.

Collaborate closely with Head Office and regional teams on supply chain, marketing, and strategic planning.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience managing sales operations for at least 2 top-tier mobile brands.

Strong expertise in team leadership, distributor management, and channel strategy.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

In-depth knowledge of the mobile handset market, including consumer behavior, pricing dynamics, and product lifecycle.

Preference given to candidates with prior experience in mobile manufacturing companies or major distributors.
