Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing custom software solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, improving system efficiency, and ensuring robust technical execution across the software development lifecycle. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will lead technical decision-making, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in custom software development and ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and enhance software components and systems.
Lead and manage technical decisions within the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
Act as a key contributor in cross-team initiatives, providing strategic input on critical technical and operational decisions.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions to promote skill development and technical excellence across teams.
Mentor and guide junior developers to support their professional growth and technical proficiency.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
Proven expertise in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and their implementation.
Strong command of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and real-world application in software delivery.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education required).
Willingness to work onsite at the Noida office.
