Job Title- Shuttering Carpenter

Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and dismantle formwork and shuttering systems in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure precise alignment, leveling, and stability of formwork to maintain structural integrity.
  • Conduct quality checks on installed formwork to meet project standards and HSE requirements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate execution of work.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any defects promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
  • Support productivity goals by delivering high-quality work within scheduled timelines.


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in formwork and shuttering carpentry on construction sites.
  • ITI certification in Carpentry or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and plywood.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with HSE standards.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and commit to a 2-year employment period (renewable).
