Preferred candidate profile

Education : B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience : Site supervision or execution experience in construction/infrastructure projects. Understanding of civil drawings and BOQs. Familiar with construction tools, machinery, and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).

• Willingness to work at site locations (often remote or rotational shifts).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
