Job Opening: Senior Customer Support Representative (International Billing Voice)


Location: Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Work Mode: Office (Both-side cab provided)
Shift: Rotational | Week Off: 2 rotational days


Role Overview

We are hiring for a Senior Customer Support Representative with mandatory experience in International Billing Voice Process. The role involves handling calls/chats from global clients, ensuring accurate billing support, and delivering a professional customer experience.


NOTE: Freshers not eligible, Only Kolkata based candidates can apply. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international billing voice calls and chats across different time zones.

  • Provide prompt, positive, and professional responses to global clients.

  • Resolve billing-related queries with accuracy.

  • Demonstrate strong customer service principles and practices.

  • Adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic work requirements.



Requirements

  • Minimum 6months and above experience in International Billing Voice Process (mandatory).
    Freshers not eligible
    Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
    Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
    Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate.
    Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in a global support environment.
