Role Overview
We are hiring for a Senior Customer Support Representative with mandatory experience in International Billing Voice Process. The role involves handling calls/chats from global clients, ensuring accurate billing support, and delivering a professional customer experience.
NOTE: Freshers not eligible, Only Kolkata based candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international billing voice calls and chats across different time zones.
Provide prompt, positive, and professional responses to global clients.
Resolve billing-related queries with accuracy.
Demonstrate strong customer service principles and practices.
Adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic work requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6months and above experience in International Billing Voice Process (mandatory).
Freshers not eligible
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate.
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in a global support environment.
