Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Design Engineers and Detailers team in Gurugram. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality structural designs across a diverse range of materials and systems, including steel, reinforced concrete, composite, wood, CMU, and light gauge structures. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive design documentation, including calculations, sketches, drawings, and 3D models, while ensuring strict adherence to international codes and standards. Your work will contribute directly to the successful execution of projects across design, detailing, and production phases, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and quality assurance. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about precision engineering and collaborative innovation within a BIM-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed structural designs, including calculations, element design, and accurate sketches, drawings, or 3D models as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Design Engineers and Detailers team to deliver comprehensive design visualization and technical documentation.
  • Perform self-checks on all design outputs, 3D models, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure all design work complies with applicable codal provisions, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.
  • Support project coordination throughout all project phases—design, detailing, and quality verification during production.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in structural design for buildings, infrastructure, and similar projects.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Tekla Structural Design, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and Bentley Structural Systems.
  • Experience with BIM tools including Revit Structure, Tekla Structures, or Advance Steel is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of international design standards and codes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
