- Help customers book tickets for national and international rail journeys.
- Provide friendly advice, upsell and cross-sell travel products.
- Handle customer requests and forward them to the right department if needed.
- Keep travel center updated with offers and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma
- 2+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant
- German language skills (minimum B2 level) and conversational English.
