Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure wall and ceiling areas to determine material requirements.
  
• Cut PVC panels, wood, or veneer sheets to precise dimensions using appropriate tools.
  
• Install self-adhesive or adhesive-mounted PVC panels with consistent alignment and finish.
  
• Apply adhesives (e.g., silicone, DCP) or fasteners for secure and durable installation.
  
• Execute artistic finishing techniques, including horizontal and vertical slat installations.
  
• Install natural wood and wood veneer cladding on wooden frames for premium, long-lasting results.
  
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards across residential and commercial projects.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to project timelines.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3+years of experience in wall cladding installation, particularly with PVC, wood, or veneer materials.
  
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing panels with precision.
  
• Familiarity with adhesives and fastening systems used in cladding applications.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality visual finishes.
  
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  
• Must be active, obedient, and respectful—avoiding interference in matters unrelated to work (e.g., salaries, team disputes).
  
• Preference for candidates from UP or Madras regions.
  
• Strict adherence to attendance policies; repeated unexcused absences will be counted as double the actual days missed.
